Venus is a secure internal workforce management platform designed exclusively for organizational use. It enables organizations to manage employee attendance, leave requests, internal communication, and workforce operations in a controlled and secure environment.

Access to the application is restricted to authorized users only. The system is not available to the public and requires credentials issued by an organization administrator.

Data Collection

Venus collects only the minimum data required to operate workforce management features:

• Employee identification data provided by the organization
• Attendance records including check-in and check-out timestamps
• Location data used strictly during attendance actions
• Internal communication data within the organization

Purpose of Data Processing

All collected data is used exclusively for workforce management purposes such as attendance tracking, leave processing, reporting, and internal communication within the organization.

We do not use collected data for advertising, profiling, behavioral analytics, or external tracking.

Location Data

Location data is accessed only during check-in and check-out operations to verify that employees are within authorized work areas defined by their organization. No continuous or background location tracking is performed.

Data Access and Sharing

All data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized personnel within the organization. No data is shared with third parties or external services.

Tracking Policy

Venus does not use collected data for tracking users across applications, websites, or external services.
